After graduating Judson College, which is now known as Judson University, with a degree in Human Relations, which encompasses the fields of psychology and sociology, Bud entered the workforce. He ran a small business, which he eventually owned. After more than thirty years of practical experience, Bud has a well of experience to draw upon. He believes that people learn more from their failures than their successes. It is important to learn from, as well as to learn not to repeat, failures. In 2007, he began blogging.
