Insynq Announces New Chief Revenue Officer Shannon Vanderford to Lead the Cloud Computing Company Into Its Next Stage of Rapid Growth
GIG HARBOR, Wash. (PRWEB) April 26, 2018 -- After an intensive search effort that lasted over six months, Insynq, LLC (a Cloud X company) announced on Monday that Shannon Vanderford has been appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, reporting to Insynq CEO, Elliot Luchansky. Vanderford joins Insynq from Zones, where he held several senior sales leadership roles at the multi-billion-dollar hardware and software distribution company and was part of the extended management team.
This new position is the latest in a series of key hires over the past ten months, which has included the additions of former Ancestry CIO and Intuit Technology Executive Deal Daly as Chief Digital Officer , and of John Swiderski – former product leader from Amazon and Disney - as SVP and Head of Product . In his role as CRO, Mr. Vanderford will lead the revenue growth strategy across Insynq’s multi-channeled sales operation, including the upcoming expansion of its CloudRunner product line. Mr. Vanderford will work closely with the rest of the Insynq leadership team and will either lead or be a major participant in directing all growth-related initiatives. He will also be a key contributor on the executive team, participating heavily in setting the company’s strategic direction.
“We were very pleased with the caliber of candidates we were able to attract during this search process. Shannon has a history of driving explosive growth over the course of his very impressive career, often under unusually challenging circumstances. His creativity, relentless focus, and commitment to pushing the boundaries of the organizations he has been a part of have consistently translated into remarkably strong results,” said CEO Elliot Luchansky. “Shannon has been hugely successful in sales, both as an individual contributor and as a leader. He has also been in the CEO role for multiple organizations and has held a number of more operationally-focused positions. As a result, he brings unique perspective and expertise that balances the often-conflicting forces of high growth and institutional discipline and maturity to Insynq.”
Mr. Vanderford has experience building robust partnership ecosystems that drive channel-based sales, he has experience selling into the c-suite of mid-market and enterprise organizations directly, and has experience building world-class inside and outside sales teams. He also comes with years of experience selling into Professional Services segments, which is particularly relevant for the Insynq audience, which is comprised heavily of customers in the Accounting space.
“We are at an inflection point as SMBs and mid-market organizations globally look to the cloud to transform their business. Therefore, at this stage in the Company’s growth, we felt that we needed a leader that will be a growth catalyst on multiple dimensions; Shannon brings that to the table,” Mr. Luchansky added. “He also comes with a very strong network of relationships that represent prospective partners, clients, and employees.”
“I could not be more excited about the opportunity at Insynq, not only because of the caliber of the team I am joining and the commitment of the leadership to succeed at achieving significant growth through delivering superior customer experiences, but also the professional challenge it offers me personally. This is a rare situation where I will be able to draw upon all of my past professional experiences and skills from start-ups, turnarounds, etc., in order to provide the appropriate leadership to realize the aggressive growth that we are striving to achieve,” said Mr. Vanderford.
“My philosophy is to deliver more than just the value of our product to our customers” Mr. Vanderford stated. “The primary objective for my teams is to establish long-term relationships with clients. This is only accomplished by doing things for our clients, not to them. I have seen how a professional sales organization can become an extension of the customer team, by providing resources, and counsel with the shared goal of helping the client achieve their objectives. Success is measured in the number of long-term relationships maintained not deals closed.”
“While Insynq has a large install base of long-term, loyal clients, we are committed to innovation in order to deliver new and improved client experiences for our current clients as well as to attract new long-term clients. Our goal is to provide products and services that attract and retain top clients in our current and new markets,” said Mr. Vanderford. Shannon is currently reaching out to key existing Insynq customers, CloudRunner customers, and partners.
