Pleasant Grove Opens Newly Remodeled Children’s Library
PLEASANT GROVE, Utah (PRWEB) April 27, 2018 -- Pleasant Grove City invites children, parents, and patrons to its Library Grand Reopening Celebration April 28th from 10:00a.m.-4:00p.m. The facility houses a newly remodeled Children’s Library that is sure to fire the imagination of youth. Located at 30 E Center St, Pleasant Grove, UT, the remodel includes handicap access for patrons of all physical abilities. The cost of remodeling is made possible by a generous donation by St. John Properties and a team of local contractors.

The current library was built in 1988. The library serves around 21,800 patrons. There are 907 on-going programs for children, teens, and adults. Monthly circulation is between 35,000 and 42,000 items. The library is approximately 10,000 square feet. The National Library square footage recommendation for Pleasant Grove's city population is a 45,000 square foot library.
