At this year’s iConnect, 125 attendees gathered together, representing 41 utilities from over 30 states.
Each year during iConnect, KUBRA honors utilities who exemplify forward-thinking and customer-centric services. At this year’s eighth annual conference, the following utilities received special recognition.
- SMECO won the Illuminating Innovation Award for piloting a KUBRA IQ Facebook Messenger bot for improved customer service.
- Eversource won the Electrifying Delivery Award for its integrated iDoxs and Notifi e-bill delivery project.
- PSEG Long Island won the Glowing Engagement Award for its non-enrolled Notifi Storm Alerts and resulting customer engagement.
- Reliance Home Comfort won the Inspiring Energy Award for its comprehensive iMail updates and bill redesign project.
In total, twelve utilities were finalists for these awards—and each showed impressive project results.
