Eastwood Homes Named Regional Builder of the Year

(PRWEB) May 03, 2018 -- At the Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence Awards (MAME) hosted on April 12th by the Charlotte Homebuilders Association, Eastwood Homes, one of Charlotte’s largest privately-held builders, was recognized for outstanding sales achievement including Rookie of the Year and Online Sales Consultant of the Year, Best Product Design, Best Interior Merchandising, and most notably, the coveted title of Regional Builder of the Year.
The highly-anticipated designation of Builder of the Year is awarded once per year to a company that excels in all aspects of the industry. Eastwood Homes is honored to have received the distinction being one of few privately-held builders operating in the greater Charlotte marketplace. In addition to Builder of the Year, the Cary floor plan from Eastwood Homes was recognized for Best Product Design, while The Ashland townhome floor plan was recognized for Best Interior Merchandising. Both the Cary and Ashland townhomes are offered at Savannah Townhomes, one of Eastwood’s most popular townhome communities in the Steele Creek area. The Cary product is particularly notable due it’s flexibility in offering up to four bedrooms including a master on the main level- a feature unparalleled in townhome design. All are invited to tour both award-winning plans on Sundays and Mondays from 1-6, Tuesday-Friday 11-6 and Saturdays from 10-6.

With her first year under her belt, New Home Specialist Amanda Hayzlett was awarded Rookie Sales Professional of the Year. In 2017, Amanda was successful in welcoming 40 new homeowners to Eastwood’s Savannah Townhomes.
Several New Home Specialists of Eastwood Homes were also recognized for their achievements. Nate Daniel, Autumn Chidester, Amanda Hayzlett, Kenya Walker, Gene Cable, Elaine Washburn, Keefe Royal, Ariana Ross, and Jennifer Thompson were recognized with a Platinum Award for sales over $10 million. Whitney Stiles, Robert Rosenberger, Joy Farley, Cecilia Hellem, and Tori Claude were recognized with a Gold Award for sales over $5 million.
