The organizers of Field Service USA (April 17th - April 20th, 2018), one of the longest running conferences dedicated to the service and support operations community, today announced the winners of the 2nd annual Field Service Best-In-Class Awards. The awards recognize outstanding efforts in service optimization, and were announced at the Field Service USA conference during a special awards gala on April 19th, 2018 in Palm Springs, CA.

Over 38 nominations were fielded from across a wide variety of industries including IT, telecom, healthcare and automotive. After a rigorous review process, the finalists were selected by members of the Field Service Advisory Board, and were given the opportunity to present their programs for consideration at the event’s deep dive workshop sessions.

The winners of the 2018 Field Service Best-In-Class awards are:

  • Best Service & Support Strategy Team Implementation

Winner: Cox Communications
Finalists: Medtronic Gastrointestinal and Hepatology (GIH) Technical Support, Rotork

  • Most Effective Technology Deployment To Increase Service Levels

Winner: Porsche Cars North America (PCNA)
Finalists: MacDonald Miller, Compucom

  • Most Innovative Approach to Service Delivery

Winner: High Wire Networks, Inc.
Finalists: Siemens Healthcare CS LD Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) Team, Solar Turbines
