Brightfield Strategies Announces Key Hires to Support Dramatic Growth
NEW YORK CITY (PRWEB) May 03, 2018 -- Brightfield Strategies, the preeminent workforce analytics and consulting company, today announced several new additions to its team to support the dramatic growth the company experienced in 2017 in both consulting and analytics across all geographies.
Brightfield co-founder and executive vice president Christopher Minnick stated, “During 2017, we took a giant step forward in every measurable way, including more than doubling our revenue and growing sales of the company’s AI-driven workforce analytics platform, Talent Data Exchange (TDX), nearly six-fold. With all our accomplishments, the most important thing we’re doing is hiring key workforce and data science experts in both North America and Europe to increase our capacity to support our global 2000 clients.”
Greg Fenton has joined as vice president, consulting, where he will assess customer needs and design solutions for building and optimizing contingent workforce programs. His substantial experience working in Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) organizations is a major asset, especially where analytics may be part of the solution mix. Greg previously served as a vice president at both TAPFIN/ ManpowerGroup Solutions and Fieldglass, where he was responsible for revenue generation, client success programs, strategic planning, and alliance development. He has also served in executive roles at both Fieldglass and Taleo.
David Putt will serve as vice president, partner sales, leading TDX sales activities for service providers such as MSPs and technology firms, and customizing solutions to meet the needs of differing business models and sizes. He joins with a wealth of industry knowledge and diverse experience in strategic business management, business development, and operations. Previously, David held executive positions at DCR Workforce and MBO Partners.
Michael Campanale, who will join as director, licensee accounts, comes to Brightfield with extensive experience in both human capital and technology solutions that support workforce acquisition. Most recently, he worked in a senior business development capacity at Prime Workforce and at IBM Kenexa, where he was responsible for strategic partnerships and accelerating growth. He also spent several years in business development and national accounts with Volt Information Sciences. Michael’s role at Brightfield is to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing use of TDX for service providers.
