She earned her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, then immediately clerked for the Honorable Edmond M. Kirby, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County. She is now licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York.
Ruhl was recently named a “New Jersey Super Lawyer” in 2018 and was previously recognized as a “New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star” for nine years, a distinction that goes to only 2.5 percent of all attorneys in the state. She has also been named one of the “New Leaders of The Bar” by the New Jersey Law Journal, and chosen as one of New Jersey’s Top 40 lawyers under the age of 40 by The National Trial Lawyers Association.
