Mr. Madrid has extensive experience representing clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (Immigration Courts), the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. He has successfully represented hundreds of individuals and families facing a variety of complex immigration issues such as: family-based immigration petitions, deportation & removal defense, asylum, U visas (for crime victims), immigration detention and more. Mr. Madrid attained an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence, and was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2017 and 2018.
