Naples Hotel Group Announces Charles Stallings as Regional Director of Sales

Mr. Charles Stallings has been promoted to Regional Director of Sales for part of Naples Hotel Group’s managed portfolio of Florida hotels.

Leading hotel development and management company Naples Hotel Group has expanded their corporate leadership team with the promotion of Charles Stallings. Mr. Stallings was promoted from within the company to the Regional Director of Sales for a portion of Naples Hotel Group's Portfolio in Florida. He was previously General Manager & Director of Sales for the Hampton Inn by Hilton Plant City. In his new role, he works with the Director of the Sales & Revenue Optimization team, General Manager's and On-site Sales Coordinators to sell and improve revenue.

In his previous role with Naples Hotel Group, Charles successfully opened the Hampton Inn by Hilton Plant City as General Manager and Director of Sales in February of 2017. He led the team in operations while simultaneously ramping the hotel to 100% RGI in 90 days and 70% occupancy within 120 days.

Prior to joining Naples Hotel Group, Charles held several management positions in operations and sales departments for premium branded hotels under Hilton. He has collected several accolades for his performance in sales and YOY growth while working for top hotel companies.
