Denver Realtor Steve Travers Ushers in the 2018 Boating Season with Annual Photo Contest
DENVER (PRWEB) May 07, 2018 -- Steve Travers, waterfront specialist and broker associate at Kentwood Real Estate, who distributes free annual calendars to Denver-area lakefront property owners, kicks off the boating season season with a community photo contest. Community members are encouraged to take pictures for submission to his calendar contest for 2019.
“The 13 winners will receive a $50 gift certificate for Mastercraft Colorado Boat Shop and will be featured in the calendar, which gets sent to all my lakefront clients,” said Travers. “I am always looking for ways to bring people together that have a passion for lake living and watersports as I do.” Travers maintains a list of over 1,600 homeowners that live on private recreational lakes in the front range of Colorado.
The deadline to submit a photo is November 1, 2018, which is also when boating season ends. “Five Denver lakes are open for boating from April 1 - November 1: Sloan’s Lake (motor and non-motorized); Rocky Mountain Lake (non-motorized); Berkeley Lake (non-motorized); Smith Lake at Washington Park (non-motorized); and Ferril Lake at City Park (non-motorized),” noted Travers. The front range also has 3 large recreational lakes operated by the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Division.
