Fan Manager™, innovating intelligent fan activation solutions for sports and entertainment properties, today announced that it has expanded a long-standing partnership with Tickets.com to add the ticketing technology company’s email marketing automation tool to the Fan Manager platform. This integration further extends the value of the Fan Manager platform by enabling customers, such as the Triple-A Round Rock Express Baseball Club, to act on the millions of data points available to them on the Fan Manager platform and automatically generate highly personalized communications or recurring marketing activities – all from a single, easy-to-use dashboard.

Fan Manager is a multi-channel platform that enables customers to find, analyze, segment, and activate fans for increased revenue. Tickets.com is a technology solutions provider to sports and entertainment properties, and the official ticketing provider of Minor League Baseball® (MiLB). The addition of the Tickets.com email marketing solution, known as CrowdConnect and built in partnership with WhatCounts, enriches the Fan Manager platform’s more than 60 third-party integrations. Complementary to Fan Manager offerings such as real-time fan insights, audience building, and audience management, cloud-based CrowdConnect uses all the integrated fan data on Fan Manager to fuel any number of customer marketing campaigns such as birthday triggers, email reminders, reactivation notices, and A/B testing. The tool, which resides on the Fan Manager platform, includes email templates, segments, marketing automation, and calendaring.
