“I am pleased to be participating in two sessions within the technical program,” said Layne Baroldi, vice president, Government Affairs & Technical Services, Synagro. “First, on Thursday, May 17 during Session 9, Regulatory Changes and Impact to Biosolids Management, from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m., will be “Protecting Beneficial Use – Current Legal Issues Regarding Land Application,” which I will present along with James Slaughter, trial lawyer and environmental litigator, Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. The same day from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m., I’ll be discussing Key Ingredients of a Successful Biosolids P3” as a part of “P3 Partnerships in Biosolids: Why P3 Makes Sense to Balance Risks and Costs in Biosolids Management” within Session 10.”
