AHEAD Achieves Silver Designation as ServiceNow Partner

AHEAD, a leading provider of IT consulting and enterprise cloud solutions, today announced it has achieved ServiceNow Silver Services Partner status. As part of ServiceNow’s Partner Program, AHEAD is being recognized for its demonstrated excellence and expertise in implementing ServiceNow solutions as well as high customer satisfaction (CSAT) survey scores.

The ServiceNow Services Partner Program empowers participants in good standing to build, market and implement service management solutions and provide professional services to ServiceNow customers. The program is comprised of four tiers – registered, bronze, silver and gold. Membership is granted based on a thorough approval process, with requirements becoming more rigorous at higher tiers. To achieve Silver Services Partner status, AHEAD had to successfully deliver at least 15 ServiceNow implementations and maintain an average customer satisfaction score of 8.2 or better on a scale of 0 to 10. As ServiceNow experts, AHEAD exceeded the number of certified employees needed for Silver Partner status, certifying 21 systems administrators and 11 implementation specialists.
