Colt comes to StevenDouglas with a unique background in commercial banking, where he was a member of the Finance team at one of the top, multi-national banks in Charlotte, NC. A rising star, Colt progressed quickly within the organization, where he gained exposure and experience in various aspects of commercial banking, including treasury management, business development and financial analysis.

His hands-on background in the finance industry gives him a comprehensive understanding of client needs and role requirements.
Colt was born and raised in Central Florida, and is very active within his community, participating in many events as a Chamber member, and working to support the Harvest Food Bank. He is on the executive committee for the Young Professionals of Winter Park, as well as a graduate of the Leadership Winter Park program. Colt earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
