M-Files Uses its Intelligent Information Management System to Achieve ISO Quality and Security Certifications

The ISO 9001:2015 certification recognizes M-Files for the quality management system (QMS) the company uses for its core business processes related to designing, developing, delivering and supporting information management software and related services. Unlike prior ISO 9001 editions, which focused on the requirements for effective quality management in an organization, the new ISO standard requires organizations to proactively evaluate and address potential risks that may be present in daily operations.
