Mercedes-Benz has a huge retail network of dealerships, but only a few of the franchises live up to the company’s highest standards of customer service excellence. Those that do—less than 15% of the network—are eligible to receive one of the “Best of the Best” dealer recognition awards, granted to dealerships each year. This year, Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands received the 2017 Best of the Best award. This is the second year they’ve received recognition for superior service.
Mercedes-Benz evaluates the sales and service department of each dealership when choosing award winners. Each dealership is evaluated on customer service and satisfaction as well as management and leadership.
