GAFFEY Healthcare, a leading provider of revenue cycle automation and revenue integrity technology and services, announces the release of Workflow Connect technology that extends the functionality of the Remittance360 denial identification and management platform.

Remittance360 is a cost effective EDI based denial and zero payment identification and management platform. Workflow Connect will now allow users to map all denials and zero payments by reason and remark code to their workflow codes and export as a worklist on a daily basis. The export functionality now enables any healthcare entity to easily export denial information to any workflow platform including excel, thus making it significantly more efficient to identify and then collect denied accounts.
