Google marking a website NOT SECURE will definitely discourage Internet traffic, especially new visitors. Fortunately, there are solutions.
DOUGLASTON, N.Y. (PRWEB) May 14, 2018
Emily Schechter, Google's Chrome Security Product Manager, posted to the Google Security Blog "Beginning in July 2018 with the release of Chrome 68, Chrome will mark all HTTP sites as “not secure”". Chrome is the most popular web browser on the Internet per metrics by NetMarketShare, W3Counter and StatCounter.
Google views all HTTP sites as not secure, and recommends moving to a secure HTTPS site (HTTPS signifies an encrypted connection between website and server for a higher level of security).
