MIAMI (PRWEB) May 14, 2018 -- In a speech titled “Digital Disruption: The Emerging Media Economic Model” given at the 15th Asia Media Summit, entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, and author Louis Hernandez Jr., broke new ground for those eager to learn about the impact of digitization on the media industry in Asia. The summit was organized by the Asia-Pacific Institute for Broadcasting Development (AIBD), which is mandated to achieve a vibrant and cohesive electronic media environment in the Asia-Pacific region through policy and resource development. With its partners, ABID addresses the changes reshaping electronic media and the information and communication industries within and outside the region and pursues progressive media and information policies that stress accountability of various media systems and provide diversity of views.

His presentation served as the opening session on Friday May 11, 2018.
