Metrostudy, a Hanley Wood company and the leading provider of primary and secondary market information to the housing and related industries nationwide, has hired Aaron Stubblefield as Regional Director/Senior Consultant, Phillip Rassel as Director of Professional Development and Patrick Stone as Director of Business Development.
Based in Sacramento, CA, Stubblefield will help homebuilders, developers, financial institutions and related professionals leverage Metrostudy’s proprietary data in order to help them make the right long-term investment decisions. Stubblefield comes to Metrostudy from John Burns Real Estate Consulting and has spent his entire career in the real estate and financial industries. Stubblefield will be responsible for the Sacramento and Reno markets.
Rassel, previously a Senior Vice President and Regional Director with Metrostudy, is rejoining the organization as the Director of Professional Development/Regional Directors and Consulting. His primary responsibility will be to assist the Regional Director and Consulting leadership in developing staff, implementing strategic initiatives and foster cross-platform communication and collaboration.

Stone will be responsible for business development in the Central Florida (Orlando and Jacksonville) region. Stone’s career experience includes both commercial and residential data and analytics expertise, to include solutions for institutional, governmental and adjacent markets in the construction industry. A veteran sales professional, Stone approaches business development through a consultative and strategic approach.
