AMC Technology, LLC today announced the launch of its cloud solution for CTI integration product suite into SAP® Hybris® Cloud for Customer. The AMC Contact Canvas for SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer is SAP-certified and supports integration into HTML5 and Responsive user interface (UI).

The SAP Integration and Certification Center has certified that AMC Contact Canvas for SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, version 8 integrates with cloud solutions from SAP using standard integration technologies, or that run as an add-on to one cloud solution from SAP.
