4 New Warehouses Covering 100,000 Square Feet Are Being Added to SCHC’s Facility

SCHC (formerly known as Schulze Container), a leading name in packaging and logistics since 1988 announced recently a multi-million dollar expansion to their Rosenberg-based operations with the addition of 4 new warehouses.

SCHC is a leader in warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, repackaging and inventory management, as they continue to make significant investments in creating a strong warehousing and storage infrastructure. Heller Cozac, President and CEO of SCHC, states that, “SCHC’s facilities are state of the art with the latest security and safety technology implemented throughout our warehouses and each facility is optimized for energy efficiency.”

SCHC’s new warehousing facilities will be 30 feet tall, outfitted with high-racking systems and will be available within the next few months.

Additional benefits for this expansion include:

  • A Cloud-based warehouse management system with online accessibility.
  • A truck turn-around area of 50,000 square-feet at SCHC’s facility.
  • Material handling equipment to fit a variety of needs (specializing in granite, marble and quartz slabs).
  • Providing Rosenberg and Southwest Houston with additional jobs and labor.

The SCHC warehouse facilities are easily accessible from the Port of Houston and All major highways, making them a distribution hub for Mexico, Central America and South America in addition to the Gulf Coast and throughout the United States. With the warehousing expansion, Cozac says, “SCHC, with this increase in capacity, will be able to provide even more efficient services to our customers.”
