Kintone Recognized in 2018 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise High-Productivity Application Platform as a Service
SAN FRANCISCO (PRWEB) May 16, 2018 -- Kintone, provider of a low-code application development platform and toolkit used to quickly connect, organize, and visualize workflows, today announced that the company has been recognized in the 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise High-Productivity Application Platform as a Service (hpaPaaS)(*1). This is the third consecutive year Gartner has recognized Kintone in its Magic Quadrant report.
According to the report, high-productivity application platform as a service continues to increase its footprint across enterprise IT as businesses juggle the demand for applications, digital business requirements and skill set challenges.
“I speak for the entire Kintone team when I say that we are very pleased to be recognized in this 2018 Magic Quadrant report,” said Dave Landa, CEO, Kintone. “We’re also very excited about the Application Platform-as-a-Service (aPaaS) market as it continues to grow, expand and evolve at a rapid pace. Companies are beginning to realize what a tremendous impact citizen developers are making on their organizations by quickly creating the applications they need to be successful, while decreasing the IT departments’ ‘to do’ list. Given the many benefits of aPaaS, we’re seeing a lot of untapped market opportunity for the Kintone platform, and low-code solutions across the board.”
Kintone grew by 80 percent in 2017 with more than 1,000 new applications being built and deployed every month by partners, developers and brands.
