CallRail Launches Updated Integration with HubSpot for Powerful Reporting and Workflows, Joins Connect Certified Partner Program

Call analytics provider users can now track phone calls and text messages directly within HubSpot

CallRail, the most popular call tracking and analytics provider, today announced its updated integration with HubSpot, a leading CRM, marketing, sales, and customer service platform, to bring more robust phone call analytics, and now recordings, directly into the HubSpot platform for more powerful reporting. Additionally, CallRail has been named a HubSpot Connect Certified Partner.

Until now, CallRail customers could attribute inbound phone calls and text messages from their marketing campaigns but would have to send them to HubSpot as form completions. Sending calls and texts as forms without attributing them to specific campaigns makes reporting in HubSpot difficult. Call recordings also could not be accessed within the HubSpot dashboard when creating forms.

Now, CallRail’s updated HubSpot integration sends phone calls and text messages from CallRail directly into HubSpot using HubSpot’s new engagements API. This allows users to add a phone call to a contact as an engagement, rather than a form, for more powerful reporting. New contacts are created from phone calls without email addresses, and call recordings are populated directly inside of the HubSpot contact for simplified lead management.

CallRail has also been named a HubSpot Connect Certified Partner in HubSpot’s Connect Program, an ecosystem of valuable third-party integrations. To receive the HubSpot stamp of approval, Certified Partners must comply with a set of requirements and hit set milestones for amount of installs and positive reviews from customers.

This news follows several other product updates and releases made in the past few months. The company’s newest addition, Call Highlights, automatically detects and surfaces relevant keywords in a phone call. CallRail also recently launched its deep integration with Facebook’s Offline Conversion API, allowing users to view calls, texts and form completions driven by Facebook ads natively in Facebook Ads Manager, alongside existing impressions and clicks.
