The annual HRO Today Baker’s Dozen rankings are based solely on customer satisfaction survey feedback from buyers of MSP services. MSP providers were rated on three dimensions – quality of service, breadth of service, and size of the deal – by the magazine’s proprietary ranking algorithm.
