PayClearly, a global payments solution for businesses, today announced that Felix Angelastro, has joined the company as Strategic Sales Manager. Angelastro joined PayClearly in April to help onboard political advocacy media agencies to the PayClearly platform and drive success for the company’s growing political vertical.

“Angelastro has built a career on directly observing political media behaviors and analyzing the digital and social media space,” said John Jamieson, Senior Vice President of Strategic Sales at PayClearly. “We’re looking forward to the persistence and perseverance that Angelastro will bring to the PayClearly team to help us expand our political media vertical alongside our new VP of Strategic Sales, JC Medici.”

Angelastro began his career in the political advertising arena more than 10 years ago at Cox Media. He has since worked closely with political consultants, campaign managers and advertising agencies to help them optimize their digital campaign and media buying strategies. Angelastro most recently served as Director of Business Development, at Rentrak (acquired by comScore in 2016) where he focused on developing new business for its political advocacy category. Prior to comScore Angelastro also held a similar position at marketing intelligence firm, Resonate.

“Helping political consultants and small and medium-sized media agencies generate more value across different media platforms has been my passion for the past ten years,” said Angelasto. “PayClearly is an extension of these efforts and I’m proud to be working with this team to make the process of paying for political media campaigns more efficient and cost effective.”
