Terri Embry-Drummond RN BSBA, former Nurse Management and Informatics for BioScrip, Inc. and infusion industry expert, has joined the Citus Health Advisory Board to provide guidance as Citus Health continues to expand the footprint of its flagship software solution, Call Bell, across the post-acute industry.

Citus Health, a digital health solutions provider for the post-acute care industry announced today that Terri Embry-Drummond RN BSBA, former Nurse Management & Informatics for BioScrip, Inc. and infusion industry expert, has joined its Advisory Board. In this role, Drummond will work closely with the Citus leadership team to provide guidance as Citus Health continues to expand the footprint of its flagship software solution, Call Bell, across the post-acute industry.

Drummond’s years of clinical, operations, sales, revenue cycle and patient onboarding expertise in the homecare infusion industry, combined with over eight years of technology development experience, makes her a perfect advisor for Citus Health. Her passion for applying technology solutions that drive the very best healthcare experience for referral partners, patients and clinicians, will be utilized in areas such as software development and deployment strategy.

As the former Nurse Management & Informatics corporate leader at BioScrip, Inc, Drummond implemented the use of CPR+ Web Portal to drive nursing efficiency and standardized documentation processes. She developed data logic and worked with their IT department for visibility into productivity and helped support a nurse staffing model driven by measurable impact to patient care and cost reduction efforts. Prior to her experience at BioScrip, Inc., Drummond served as Director of Specialty Programs at Home Solutions. During this time, she introduced the use of augmented reality (AR) technology to embed video content into both marketing and teaching materials to improve the patient and home health agency onboarding experiences. She will bring her experience with augmented reality and virtual reality to Citus Health’s family of products.
