A member of the Tax Practice in the firm’s Dallas office, Manuel Rajunov focuses his practice on tax consulting and transactional advice to foreign investors doing business in Mexico, as well as advising Mexican investors on their investments overseas. With more than 20 years of experience, Rajunov’s practice has special emphasis on securities offerings, majority and minority investments, mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions. Rajunov’s experience spans a number of different sectors, including the real estate development, finance, private wealth, manufacturing and distribution, retail, technology, gaming, hospitality, and housing sectors.
