New York City, NY (PRWEB) May 21, 2018
Securities Training Corporation (STC), the market leader in securities training, announced today at the FINRA Annual Conference a series of innovative training program offerings, from a new study platform that optimizes learning to a manager tool to track student performance.
“We are excited to continue advancing the industry with our new programs and tools that seamlessly incorporate new technologies with our proven approach to securities training,” said Paul Skordilis, President of STC. “Success is all about preparation. With the highest pass rates in the industry, we know how to prepare associates for a successful career, and now we’re making it even easier for them.”
STC is the leading provider of training for the financial industry, offering FINRA and NASAA pre-licensing and continuing education courses along with Life, Accident and Health pre-licensing courses for over 3,500 corporate clients worldwide. More than a million professionals have used STC to prep for their exams and launch their careers.
STC’s new training program offerings include the following:
● Enhanced Exam Prep
● New Student Performance Manager
● Corporate Partner Portal
● Our forthcoming Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam training
New Exam Prep
STC’s new study platform, Exam Prep, gives candidates an interactive toolbox of study aids, self-review, knowledge assessment, and study customization to optimize each candidate’s learning style. New tools designed to help them successfully pass their licensing exam include “crunch-time facts,” digital Flashcards, On Demand courses, custom exams and more.
New Student Performance Manager
Managers can now view and manage associates’ progress and guide them successfully toward getting their license. Student Performance Manager shows student progress in one convenient, intuitive interface where managers get tools and flexibility to track and measure individual students or a class. It includes flexible tracking class progress so managers know when students are using their online study manuals and progress exams. It also provides comprehensive updates on student information and current test scores.
Corporate Partner Portal
Financial companies can make the student enrollment process simpler than ever for employees. With the corporate partner portal, corporate customers can have a custom branded site, a custom tracking account which provides access to employees’ progress in real time, and a dedicated account manager to customize the licensing process for their company and provide support for their students.
While at the FINRA conference, STC will also be discussing the forthcoming SIE Exam in the fall. The SIE Exam is an introductory level FINRA exam for current non-registered staff members and prospective securities industries professionals who are not associated with a brokerage firm as well as individuals pursuing careers in the financial service industry.
“The new SIE Exam is a game changer for businesses, and we are in a unique position to leverage our expertise in securities training to help companies reduce training time, expand bench strength and build a pipeline of qualified candidates,” continued Skordilis. “With the addition of our Student Performance Manager, businesses now know exactly where their students are in the training process, and can actively manage and assist them to successfully pass their exams.”
Companies attending the FINRA Annual Conference can visit STC at booth 11. Additional information about the new training program offerings can be found on the STC website at http://www.stcusa.com.
