The implementation will leverage Connections’ flexible core enterprise modules for CIC Services’ 100-plus captives and affiliates currently under management.
The implementation of Connections’ policy, billing and CRM will be combined with integration to a third-party claims administrator to create a seamless process for managing this insurance customers’ books of business. Running on the Microsoft Azure cloud, Connections will replace offline, manual processing of policy management, underwriting, cancellations, renewals, billing, receivables and more.
