College Station Software Company Recognized as Best Workplace in America by Inc. Magazine
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (PRWEB) May 24, 2018 -- FrogSlayer, a custom software development firm located in College Station, was named as one of Inc. Magazine’s “Best Workplaces in America” for 2018. FrogSlayer is among 300 hundred recipients being recognized this year. Several thousand companies applied, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.

This is FrogSlayer’s second time in 2018 to be recognized as a “best place to work.” In March, FrogSlayer was recognized by Texas Monthly and Texas Association of Business as part of their Best Companies to Work for in Texas program. FrogSlayer has received this recognition from TAB 3 times in the last 4 years.
“This past year, we’ve added 24 new employees to our team and even purchased a new building to support our growth," added People Operations Manager Devin Rabon. "We’ve put our team through a lot of changes, but I think growth and a great workplace go hand-in-hand for us. While we’ve had concerns about being able to sustain our culture while growing, our culture has actually enabled us to scale the company easier than we thought. I think this is because we all genuinely care about each other and our clients. We’re all passionate about creating new opportunities for those we serve. This is how we continue to find success, year after year. We can’t ever forget that."
Inc. Magazine's Best Workplaces evaluated FrogSlayer’s workplace policies, philosophies, practices, and demographics through a 30-question anonymous survey filled out by each employee.
