Vaughn College Partners with Stamford International University
FLUSHING, N.Y. (PRWEB) May 29, 2018 -- Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Stamford International University to facilitate the seamless transfer of bachelor degree graduates from Stamford to Vaughn’s bachelor of science airline management degree. This understanding will provide Stamford graduates with an additional bachelor’s degree in an accelerated timeframe. Candidates in the program should be able to complete the requirements for the degree in two semesters, attending full-time.
“Stamford students will gain a deeper international perspective in their studies while becoming more attractive to employers seeking these types of thinkers in a truly globalized aviation market,” said Domenic Proscia, vice president of training at Vaughn College.
The management department chair, faculty and advisers will work with Stamford to ensure the students with the necessary grade point average and credits will be transferred to the appropriate program at Vaughn.
“We hope to work together to attract new students to the program and help fill the needs of the booming aviation industry,” said Dr. Maxine Lubner, management department chair.
