PayLease Promotes Matt Amoia to Chief Customer Officer
SAN DIEGO (PRWEB) May 30, 2018 -- PayLease, a leading payments and billing provider for the property management and HOA industry, today announced that Matt Amoia has been appointed to Chief Customer Officer. In this newly created role, Amoia will look to increase the acquisition, retention and ultimate success of PayLease’s 5,500 property management clients. Additionally, he will be responsible for refining operational aspects with PayLease’s partnering companies.
As he will be accountable for all touchpoints of the client experience, Amoia will oversee PayLease’s Sales, Client Success and Operations teams. He will report directly to PayLease’s CEO, Bill Nunan.
Amoia is one of PayLease’s early employees, and joined the team as a Sales Executive back in 2010. Since then, he has held several leadership roles focused on client success and daily operations.
