Kestrel Flies: Show Home Rises at New Neighbourhood in Kelowna's Upper Mission

"This design is our smallest floor plan, but it is packed with great features to make the most of its smaller size," said Block.
The right side, which is the Falcon floor plan, Kestrel Ridge's largest offering at 1,762 sq. ft. on the main floor, features the sales center as well as part of the show suite.
Both units have a 1,134 sq. ft. finished walkout basement.
"Between the show home and the sales centre, everyone has the chance to see what the standard interior specs are, as well as see a bunch of great add-on items we offer," said Block.
Some of those add-ons, which you can find in the Osprey show home, include the custom wood feature wall in the foyer, the waterfall island, hardwood floors in the master bedroom and walk-in closet, and the large built-in barbecue on the deck.
"The design takes full advantage of the spaces you use the most, with stunning architecture to wrap it all up," said Block.
In addition, all Kestrel Ridge buyers can choose from three distinct colour schemes for the interior of their home, two of which can be viewed by touring the sales centre and show home, while samples of all three designs can be viewed in the sales center.
Now that the show home is open, Rykon is focussing on getting interested buyers and those curious to see what Kestrel Ridge has to offer on the luxury real estate market in Kelowna.
"We have a great product, and we are proud to showcase it. The goal now is to start building more paired contemporary homes so we have some standing product to offer," said Block.
