Summit Educational Group Opens Westchester Office
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (PRWEB) June 04, 2018 -- Summit Educational Group, a premier educational test prep and tutoring company announced the opening of its new Westchester office at 611 West Hartsdale Avenue, White Plains, NY. The new location will help Summit to accommodate rapid growth in test prep and tutoring services in NY in the commercial hub of Westchester.
“We are excited to bring our thoughtful and sensible test preparation approach to families in the New York-area. The college and high school admissions and standardized testing process can be stressful and confusing. By creating a fully customized testing plan early in the process, we can help alleviate that stress,” said Charlie O’Hearn, President and Founder, Summit Educational Group. “We have always counseled students and parents to maintain perspective and to craft an individualized testing plan.”
Summit has a long-established base of New York clients. Over 80% of families are referred by their friends, school counselors, private consultants, learning specialists, and others. “We love Summit and will continue recommending to friends,” said Doris Freedman of North Salem.
By focusing on the uniqueness and wellbeing of each individual student, Summit helps students reach their full academic potential for high school and college admissions. “Summit was amazingly organized, with wonderful access to tutors who struck just the right note between being serious and being engaging with our son,” said Gretchen Menzies of Bedford Corners. “We loved being able to access practice tests, and between the office and the tutors, were give the perfect amount of personal attention.” Free proctored practice tests will be offered at Summit’s new White Plains location as well, so families and students can breathe a sigh of relief.
Another key facet of Summit’s move into Westchester will be expanding partnerships with local Educational Consultants and Guidance Counselors from public and private schools. “While we pride ourselves on providing exceptional test preparation and tutoring, we also strive to be a trusted resource for counselors and families navigating this process,” said O’Hearn.
Summit also delivers informational talks on the testing process to students, parents, and faculty at some of the most competitive schools in the Northeast. “Not only was [Summit’s] presentation hugely informative and genuinely interesting, it was delivered with humor and humanity. It is clear that… the team from Summit are educators who care deeply about students, families and good process,” said Jeff Bates, Director of College Counseling, Rye Country Day School. “I would highly recommend that you consider Summit if you are looking for a dynamic and engaging way to present the challenging topic of standardized testing.”
