Greenberg Traurig's Thomas Allen to Speak at Annual PLI International Arbitration Seminar
WASHINGTON (PRWEB) May 30, 2018 -- Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Litigation Shareholder Thomas G. Allen will speak at the International Arbitration 2018 Practicing Law Institute (PLI) program June 4, which will be live in New York and available via live webcast and Groupcast.
Organized by PLI, the program is designed for private practitioners, in-house counsel, and other professionals who are involved in the arbitration of international disputes. The program will address critical issues and give information needed to successfully navigate the international arbitration process.
Allen will moderate and participate in the panel discussion, “Expert Witnesses in International Arbitration.” This panel will explore various topics related to the presentation of expert testimony from the perspective of arbitrators, experts, and advocates.
Allen is a litigator, focusing his practice on international arbitration and cross-border disputes. He represents clients in a variety of industries with an emphasis on energy, manufacturing, construction, and aviation. Allen has wide-ranging experience in high-value international and U.S. arbitrations. He also litigates the enforceability of arbitration clauses and arbitration awards in U.S. Courts. Allen is a frequent lecturer on international arbitration topics and is a former adjunct professor in the international arbitration discipline.
