The Trade Group to Facilitate Several Gaming Exhibits and Activations for Top Industry Players at E3 Expo
DALLAS (PRWEB) June 06, 2018 -- The Trade Group, a premier services provider for video gaming events and activations, is headed to Los Angeles to support several gaming industry leaders at the E3 Expo. Known as the world’s premier event for computer and video games and related products, E3 brings leading-edge companies and gamers together under one roof to experience the latest technology and innovative products in the gaming industry.
Over the past several years, The Trade Group has become the go-to trade show exhibit, live event and activation resource for established and burgeoning names in video gaming, having served clients at E3 and other gaming events for over a decade.
One of The Trade Group’s enduring partners is Twitch, a leading live streaming video platform. For E3, The Trade Group created a robust, multi-purpose exhibit that is similar to the one Twitch brought to PAX East earlier this year. Features include gaming stations, a meet and greet station, streaming pods, Twitch partner lounge and more.
Facebook Gaming also enlisted The Trade Group to produce its exhibit for recent gaming shows, including PAX East and E3. According to Neeshu Hajra, Vice President of Business Development at The Trade Group, “The Facebook Gaming exhibit at E3 includes several distinct spaces including a livestream stage, Instagram pod, Oculus stations, streaming pods and a VIP lounge. Attendees will find a number of fun ways to interact with the brand and learn more about what Facebook Gaming has to offer.”
In partnership with Double A Events, The Trade Group also created an exhibit for Dell Gaming/Alienware. The 40’x50’ booth space will include virtual reality and other fun experiences to highlight the game developer’s exciting partnerships for 2018. The exhibit also has space set aside for attendees to try on Alienware’s headset line, a shoutcaster desk and a wall to promote Alienware’s Team Liquid.
The Trade Group also designed an exhibit for Enjin Coin, a customizable cryptocurrency and virtual goods platform for the gaming community.
Along with designing and building trade show exhibits, The Trade Group is producing two unique activations for its clients at E3. They are helping Volkswagen and Subnation create an activation about the culture of gaming, as well as executing a top secret activation for game developer Ubisoft. As Hajra explains, “The Ubisoft project is one of the coolest activations we’ve ever been involved with, so we’re extremely excited about it.”
Beyond the exhibit hall and activations, The Trade Group was also tapped as a resource for the Bethesda Fan Party, which will be held offsite. The company will provide and install several gaming stations for the event, sourced from its METALLI® line of modular structures.
