Neil E. Fisher was born and raised in Hanover, Pennsylvania, near Gettysburg. He has had a lifelong love for science fiction, fantasy and comic books. He started creating his own stories and fictional worlds when he was 10, although he has only seriously begun trying to publish his work in the past 10 years.
