ProviDyn Expands Its Team of IT Industry Veterans
ATLANTA (PRWEB) June 14, 2018 -- ProviDyn®, a provider of IT support, strategy and services for small and medium-sized businesses and nonprofits, has hired seasoned IT professional Carlos McCray to the position of Director of Service Delivery. In this role, McCray will be ensuring accountability for the delivery of the technology services that ProviDyn provides to support their clients and implementing improvements and best practices to the processes of ProviDyn to maximize workflow efficiency.

With a track record of nearly 20 years in the IT field, McCray owns a wide berth of knowledge of various technologies. His heavy concentration in managed services has allowed him to gain valuable skills improving efficiency through process and automation, and by developing an effective, team-based culture.
Prior to joining ProviDyn, McCray served as Process Improvement Manager at Altuscio Networks, where he was responsible for efficient internal workflow and periodically served as interim manager of various departments to propel their processes and procedures to acceptable levels. He also held the position of Field Service Manager at Leapfrog Services for more than five years, managing field service personnel and overseeing their workflow.
Over the course of his career, McCray studied Six Sigma, ITIL, and Agile. He also earned several certifications in a diverse range of programs and services, including Microsoft, VMware, Ruckus, Apple, Kaspersky, along with others in Networking, Servers, Web Development, JavaScript and HTML.
