Pedro Pallares Torres Honored at Ernst and Young Northern California Entrepreneur of the Year Gala

Representatives presented Pallares Torres with a Special Recognition award for “exceptional work and passion in the Social Causes space”—a unique honor which comes on the heels of his selection as a Northern California semifinalist in Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the year program.
Pallares Torres has led CSD from humble beginnings to a multi-state platform serving children with autism and their families. During the gala, presenters commented that they were emotionally touched by the “true difference” he and Center for Social Dynamics have made in the lives of people with autism. The black-tie gala, held on Friday June 8th celebrated the accomplishments of the most outstanding entrepreneurs in the region and is the culmination of a highly-competitive process held in more than 145 cities in 60 countries around the world. The Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the year award is one of the most prestigious business awards for entrepreneurs. During his recognition speech Pallares Torres commented, “The line of work I chose was never a choice, but a responsibility.”
