Laurie Jerome Named Senior Vice President of Talent Management, Silverado
IRVINE, Calif. (PRWEB) June 18, 2018 -- Laurie Jerome has been named Senior Vice President of Talent Management of Silverado, announced by Loren Shook, President, CEO and Chairman, Silverado. Ms. Jerome brings to her new position a breadth of experience spanning 30+ years in a range of people-focused disciplines, including talent management, HR business partner, talent acquisition, leadership and organizational development.
Ms. Jerome joins Silverado from a seven-year tenure with Experian, where she served as Vice President of Talent Management for North America. In that capacity, she worked with global counterparts in support of large talent initiatives for alignment and integration. In addition, she was responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of talent initiatives to attract, deploy, develop, engage and retain the Experian workforce, including 6,000 employees located across 24 offices and 900 remote worksites.
As SVP of Talent Management of Silverado, Ms. Jerome will lead all talent initiatives for a national operation that delivers world-class care, providing quality of life to thousands of individuals affected by dementia, Alzheimer’s and other acute or chronic conditions through the end of life. The strong Silverado culture, grounded in the “Love is Greater than Fear” core operating philosophy, will be at the forefront of the initiatives that Ms. Jerome will lead. Prior to joining Experian, Ms. Jerome was the Vice President of Talent Management for AMN Healthcare, where she led the creation of the company's core competencies and values as well as a new approach to succession planning that was highlighted by the Harvard Business Review as a best practice. Previously, she ran her own consulting firm and held key leadership roles with Carl Karcher Enterprises and The Walt Disney Company.
Ms. Jerome holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and a Master’s of Science in Human Resources from Chapman University.
