BIONEUTRA INTERNATIONAL (NASDAQ:BIMO) Announces Attack on Obesity and Diabetes with New NO SUGAR Nutrition and Energy Bars
LOS ANGELES (PRWEB) June 20, 2018 -- BioNeutra International (NASDAQ: BIMO) (The "Company") is pleased to announce that it has acquired a privately owned health and nutrition bar confectionary company.
This is part of a strategic plan for the company to attack diabetes and obesity with natural, nutritious, healthy and delicious energy bars and confectionary with NO SUGAR.
Diabetes and obesity are two epidemics ravaging American life. According to the latest American Diabetes Association statistics over ONE THIRD (130,000,000 people are currently pre-diabetic or diagnosed with diabetes.) The fastest growing segment of this drastic situation are in young children through to teens.
Children of course love treats but most treats have high quantities of sugar content. A leading cause of both obesity and the onset of diabetes.
The "Company" is currently seeking a location to establish a 100,000 sq. ft state of the art development and manufacturing facility where the company will be producing PREMIUM nutrition bars. The bars will be the freshest, tastiest, and absolutely the best energy, breakfast, fruit bars and confectionary, all made from homegrown family recipes with NO SUGAR.
The chosen location will have a strong surrounding agricultural foundation with nutritious fresh grains, fruits, and berries in abundant supply.
The "Company" intends to take advantage of the huge developing health and nutrition market that is emerging worldwide. This phenomenon has grown from $525 million dollars a year in 2005 to over $15.5 BILLION in 2017.
The forecast through to 2003 is that this will increase to over $45 BILLION as more and more people look to high protein, nutritious “on-the-go,” quick and convenient, pre-packaged meals such as breakfast bars, fruit bars or energy bars.
The new state of the art facilities are being built with the experience of almost 50 years in the food business with recipes created by an international television personality who’s shows have been seen in over 65 countries with a potential daily audience of 170 million people every day.
Over the years, the evolving list of over 65 proprietary and tested recipes, have delighted thousands upon thousands of people. Now the "Company" is bringing the favorite recipes to a line up of some of the most delicious, mouthwatering, healthy nutrition bars for distribution world wide.
Very much aware of the obesity and diabetic epidemics globally, but particularly in the USA, where over 130 million people are diagnosed as being diabetic or pre-diabetic, (2017 Diabetic Association Report) the "Company" has an emphasis and focus on reducing sugar content, but also still providing the best taste, using the freshest tasting berries, fruits and ingredients, the company is ready to go.
With massive marketing exposure through television and live streaming of production and work in our test kitchens, people will be able to order online directly from the manufacturer, other online distributors as well as retail stores and outlets across the country.
The international licensing opportunities for the company are extremely strong where countries such as India, China and all Caribbean countries have huge numbers affected by diabetes.
With an increasing awareness among consumers on healthy eating, snack bars have become immensely popular replacing chocolates, cakes, and biscuits as the go-to snacks. Snack bars manufacturers are introducing the health aspect into their products regarding the protein and fiber content. The global snack bars market is estimated to grow at a CAGR of 6.7% during the forecast period. The category fared well despite the recent economic recession as they are considered as an affordable comfort food.
Healthy Snack Bars are Driving the Market. Snack bar brands have been very responsive to consumer trends such as demand for nutritious snacks containing fiber, Functional snacks, low-carb snacks, protein fortified snacks and offering satiety. Snack bars with fortified functional ingredients are about to see notable demand. Snack bars have also responded to diet trends such as gluten-free and Paleo diets, and as such launches of grain-free and even meat-based snack bars have increased. The sugar content of snack bars is likely to be increasingly scrutinized by health-conscious consumers and is a constraint for the category. These snack bars are the inexpensive source of nutrition, which has resulted in the replacement of other traditional foods. The rising demand for ready-to-eat (RTE) food is expected to be a major factor in influencing snack bar market growth in near future. Hectic lifestyle of the working middle-class population has increased the consumption of cereal bars as snacks between meals.
Our distribution is now being negotiated with over 43,000 retail outlets across the United States. In addition to this we are also looking at national and international partnerships and online distribution channels.
