Compeat Hires Human Resources Veteran Carol Dunnigan as SVP, People & Culture
AUSTIN, Texas (PRWEB) June 20, 2018 -- Compeat, the only fully integrated restaurant accounting, back office and workforce management software, continues the path of industry leading growth by today announcing Carol Dunnigan as SVP, People & Culture reporting to CEO Jeff Stone.
In this new position, Dunnigan will lead the People & Culture team where she is responsible for all facets of human resources and organizational effectiveness. The functions she will oversee include talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, labor relations, employee communications, HR policies and performance management.

Prior to joining Compeat, Dunnigan served most recently as Vice President, People & Culture for Revionics, a SaaS-based pricing, promotion, markdown and space solutions company for retailers, where the team was recognized as a Top Workplace in Austin. Before joining Revionics, she held the position of VP, Human Resources for Tilera, a semiconductor start-up company based in San Jose, CA. Dunnigan spent the majority of her career at Motorola’s Semiconductor Sector where she held a variety of positions in human resources, including an overseas assignment in East Kilbride, Scotland.
Dunnigan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management, the Austin HR Technology Round Table, and several networking meet-up groups throughout Austin. She resides in the Texas hill country town of Dripping Springs with her husband, daughter and mother. A self-proclaimed foodie, Dunnigan spends her time outside of work trying out the variety of amazing Austin-area restaurants.
