Lou Bencardino Says Smart Residence Construction is Still on the Rise in Center City Philadelphia

Bencardino Contractors has been hired by Clemens Construction to provide site work including water, storm, and sewer in addition to curbs and sidewalks. This modern smart residential building is on track to be completed by fall 2018 and starting next year an adjoining tower is expected to be built.
