Nia Technique, Inc. Will Be Hosting a Week-Long Training Event, the Nia Black Belt, Along with Public Classes in Downtown Portland
PORTLAND, Ore. (PRWEB) June 23, 2018 -- For their 35th year, fitness, dance & wellness pioneer, Nia Technique will be hosting a series of trainings at their downtown Portland studio. Attendees from around the world will be in Portland to take part in the trainings which will be moderated and taught by Nia creator Debbie Rosas.
More than just a workout, Nia is a design system for sustainability in the body. The Nia practice is guided by 52 principles integrating movement forms from dance, martial arts and mindfulness. Nia tones your body while transforming your mind and is a holistic fitness and lifestyle practice which address each aspect of your life - body, mind and soul.
Drop-in classes will be open to the public. Nia invites the community to participate in a unique opportunity to dance with fitness pioneer and lifestyle leader Debbie Rosas. Every Nia experience will leave you with a deeper understanding of the philosophy and tools of Nia and provide you with a greater appreciation for the moveable structure that is the body.
