Workforce Magazine Announces 2018 Game Changers
CHICAGO (PRWEB) June 25, 2018 -- A list of innovative and visionary young talent in human capital management has been released by Workforce magazine. As winners of the magazine’s annual Game Changers awards, this year’s 25 honorees represent the profession’s most enterprising rising stars under the age of 40.
“These inventive young professionals are already making their mark on the HR profession in significant and sometimes surprising ways,” said Rick Bell, Workforce editorial director. “Adept with technology and at ease analyzing and managing copious amounts of data, they definitely are driving HR toward more digital innovation. But their skills range far beyond the tech-centric, representing accomplishments across HR, like recruitment, culture, training and benefits. Even more impressive is their impact across the enterprise on everything from revenue growth to corporate social outreach.”
Nominated by peers and chosen by the Workforce editorial staff, the 2018 Game Changers come from a highly diverse and unique set of trades and backgrounds, working for industries as varied as healthcare, aviation, social services, academia and government. According to Bell, several of this year’s winners also “lowered the median age for achievement by making an impact on their organizations and their communities very early in their careers.” Though only 20, the youngest 2018 Game Changer developed a new digital platform that significantly improved a public health agency’s recruiting efforts. “That’s exactly the kind of initiative and ingenuity these awards celebrate,” said Bell.
