Nexceris Announces New Ownership
LEWIS CENTER, Ohio (PRWEB) June 29, 2018 -- Kyle Shen and Randall Stacy have acquired a majority interest in Nexceris, LLC. Mr. Shen and Mr. Stacy are committed to maintaining Nexceris’ technical excellence and innovation in the energy and environmental markets, while accelerating its product development efforts. Nexceris Co-founders William Dawson and Scott Swartz both retain minority ownership positions and remain actively involved in the company going forward.
Founders William Dawson (former CEO) and Scott Swartz (CTO) are excited about the change. Mr. Dawson explains, “Nexceris is entering a new era of commercial growth that will be led by our new owners. They bring resources to bear that will accelerate our growth, and Scott and I are looking forward to helping Nexceris continue on its journey."
Nexceris will continue its focus on product expansion within fuel cell, sensor, catalyst, and materials applications. The company will utilize its core technology, developed over the last twenty-four years, to commercialize lasting products for a positive impact on energy markets. As the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, Randall Stacy will lead Nexceris’ growth efforts by collaborating and building meaningful relationships with its key partners, customers, and suppliers.
To execute on its product delivery aspirations, the company has reorganized into three customer-focused business units – Fuel Cells, Materials, and Sensors. Each of these business units is tasked to create value for its customers, markets, and Nexceris through product innovation. According to Nexceris’ new President and CEO Kyle Shen, “Our vision is to create a better world through energy innovations. About The New Owners
Originally from Dallas, TX, Kyle Shen is a proven leader with the ability to transform businesses, develop high-performing teams, and dramatically increase revenue. Mr. Shen has successfully led four businesses with revenues ranging from $10 to $200 million in the food, industrial manufacturing, and industrial services industries. He received a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Shen lives locally in the Lewis Center area with his family.
Originally from Marietta, OH, Randall Stacy is a strategic business leader with extensive experience leading global commercial initiatives in the industrial packaging business. Mr. Stacy has led a global sales team that had customers in over 120 countries. In addition to his vast commercial success, Mr. Stacy started a very successful global brokerage firm and a packaging components company. Both ventures resulted in successful exits with large global companies. Mr. Stacy is a graduate of Fairmont State University with degrees in business and political science. Mr. Stacy will focus much of his time on building lasting relationships with our customers, partners, and suppliers.
