About the Nano Indenter G200
The Nano Indenter G200 system is a flexible, user-friendly instrument for nanoscale mechanical testing. Electromagnetic actuation allows large dynamic range in force and displacement. The innovative Express Test option features award-winning technology that allows the fast nanoindentation for mechanical-properties mapping. The unique laser-heated sample and tip option provides stability in high temperature nanoindentation experiments. Applications include characterization of semiconductor, thin films, and MEMS (wafer applications); hard coatings and diamond-like carbon (DLC) films; composite materials, fibers, and polymers; metals and ceramics; and biomaterials and biology.
About the T150 UTM
The T150 UTM system employs a nanomechanical actuating transducer to offer researchers the ability to characterize the nanomechanical properties of soft fibers and microwires, delivering high sensitivity over a large range of strain. Dynamic characterization captures the evolution of mechanical properties such as yield strength, fracture strength, storage and loss modulus, over a wide strain range. The system comes complete with an acoustic chamber and vibration table and features real-time experimental control and easy test protocols.
“The expansion of our product portfolio featuring additional KLA-Tencor products provides our customers a wider variety of instruments to select meeting their diverse research needs. We are able to leverage our in-house expertise to provide more application support to our growing customer base.” said Sebastian Kossek, owner Nanoscience Instruments.
