The partnerships are part of the tourism board’s concentrated efforts to attract more American travelers to this emerging hotspot which is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, intrepid travelers, culture buffs, and those seeking a remarkable experience for a great value.
With more than 2 million fans in southern California and game day attendance averaging 23,000, the LA Galaxy is among the most successful clubs in Major League Soccer. As an official partner of the team, El Salvador’s tourism offerings will be showcased in videos and images on LED screens during home games at StubHub Center for the remainder of the season. El Salvador will serve as an official partner of the Galaxy during Hispanic Heritage Month in September and will be featured in a series of themed videos shown across social media, on the team’s website, and during select games.
Since 1962, the Houston Astros have been a centerpiece of the sports landscape in Texas, and El Salvador Tourism is proud to be aligned with this beloved franchise. On Saturday, July 7, El Salvador Tourism Minister José Napoleón Duarte will throw out the first pitch against the Chicago White Sox.
